Boxing Training:
Warm up 8min
Zone 3-4 Jump Rope 4x3 min - 30 sec Rest
Drills 6-8x3min
Shadow Boxing 4x3min
Cooldown 8-10 min
I do strength,power and conditioning on 2x other days.
Kettlebells + Bodyweight exercises
