Hey Atiko, What a typical routine from home would Look Like? Here’s mine Boxing Training: Warm up 8min Zone 3-4 Jump Rope 4x3 min - 30 sec Rest Drills 6-8x3min Shadow Boxing 4x3min Cooldown 8-10 min I do strength,power and conditioning on 2x other days. Kettlebells + Bodyweight exercises
@Jabaur Coleman Training your Cardio in different BPMs Aerobic/anaerobic endurance etc. Normal jog = Zone 2 Intervalls = Zone 3/4 Tabata = Zone 5 and so on
