Been lacking
hey guys did a 5 hour garage session yesterday and got a lot of work in today cause i took a good 2 weeks off cause i’ve been depressed and lazy but i’m trying to get back on it sadly gained 20 pounds back. I really struggle with hooks and uppercuts so i’ve been practicing staying on balance while tryna keep speed and power let me know what you think of these clips and tips to improve thanks!
