How often do you guys workout? And what work outs do you do daily?
For me i keep it simple i workout every other day go progressive overload lifting my heaviest anytime it feels like its getting easy or my body is getting stronger i just add more reps.
I focus on dead lift
Bench press incline and decline
Squats
Dead lifts
Weighted leg lifts
And shoulder press
I keep it simple and make sure protien is my highest macro throughout the day.
