Finally was able to get through everything and knock this out today.

For those of your who don't know what Intervals.ICU is, it is a free platform (although I encourage you to donate the $4 to help them keep the site alive) that allows you to connect securely into most wearables, create structured workouts and send them back to your watch!

For my Zwift people... this includes you too!

The set-up is super easy and once you connect in, you can take your Athlete OS to the next level.

I structured the prompt so all you need to do is paste it in and it will know that you already have an Athlete OS and guide you through appropriately:
