A former business partner / friend of mine introduced me to the CEO of a Dental Practice Management company with more than 1000+ dental offices using their solution. This is a massive opportunity.
Like all healthcare companies, they use their own closed system to manage the appointment scheduling.
The proposal from my side would be for our agents to be able to call their API and do the entire appointment management on their system.
For the demo, I want to be able to showcase the capabilities of our agents.
Here are some examples:
1. Instead of just showing an appointment booking flow for new patients, the agent would calculate the distance to the office and recommend them the right dental branch (the one closest to their home)
2. Agent calls a patient who has an outstanding bill. Sends them a stripe link while on the call, asks them if they received it and then confirms payment while on the call.
Any other ideas?
