Question about HIPPA
I have an opportunity to reach out to some medical/dental clinics with Ai services, so I know the question about HIPAA will come up at some point. How do we ensure HIPPA compliance? Two things:
1) I know in assistable, there's a button in the settings that says "Opt-out data. If you require regulation of data such as hipaa, turn this on". Does simply turning this on make the assistable account HIPPA compliant? I'm also curious why that option comes under voice settings. Does it mean HIPPA isnt an issue for chat?
2) GHL: Then again, GHL charges $297 for HIPPA compliance. Do I have to purchase this as well?
Anyone here working with clients in the healthfield? How are you dealing with this? I really would appreciate pointers from anyone with insight on this.
