I linked my assistants to clients social channels. I have it set to not work when client responds etc. In FB messenger I thought my assistant was responding but the reply has sales reps name (who's not the owner of page but conversations are being assigned to him) but the response is ai generated. I set the wf to add tags but I'm noticing ALL conversations coming in on social channels are are being tagged when they come in, whether my ai engaged or not.

I cant tell if the response is my assistant or if its the FB messenger ai? Anyone run into this? Also, if FB is doing this why will people want to use our services? I'm assuming it can book appointments.
