Tuesday Morning Class
The beginning of this session is all about the hips. We do some basketball rolling and then pilates-esque leg movements with an aspen twist.
From there its axial rotations, squats, single leg balance and arm swings.
We move into transitional squats for strength and mobility.
Before finishing with Spinal Pull and Branching.
Overall a really nice way to wake up and move the body.
