This mornings session was a great one.
This session was a slow and deliberate exploration of the ball rolling, arm swings, coordination and some transitional squats.
Equipment wise all you need is a basketball.
Be prepared to do an extended amount of time on the arms swings which makes your body feel awake, tingly and loose.
