This mornings class
For this session we need a basketball, a speed tool or a small weight (1-2kg).
Whats in the class:
  • boxing rhythm and coordination
  • Shoulder, hip and spine articulation
  • Squat mobility and strength.
Apologies in advance for the filming of this session. We are still setting up our new home so the lighting and the framing of the shot are a little off.
