Following on from the work we did last week. There is a large chunk of the session dedicated to arm swings and waking the body up.
The squats are a deep dive.
Unfortunately I ran out of time on the spinal work. So only one round of that. Next week we will go deeper :)
Definitely a great session to get the juices flowing.
