Chatbot Analytics
I’ve run into a challenge with sharing chatbot analytics and performance stats. Currently, it seems there’s no way to generate a shareable link like we can with the conversations data.
The only workaround I can think of is taking screenshots and sending them to clients.
Is there a better way to share analytics with clients directly from Askspot? Are there any plans to add a feature for client-accessible stats or reporting links?If anyone has found a good workaround, I’d love to hear about it. thanks
