hey Gang, long time...my apologies, but life was turned upside down last year when my wife moved to another island for a big promotion. Now it's my turn: a few months back I became the Director of Information Technologies for a holding company of 30 companies! So, I've been really busy since late May...:) Also, in the meantime, we finally launched our AskSpot tool, branded under Ask Aruba, with our island's chamber of commerce. I've added live search to my AI Concierge bot that uses Perplexity via AI Tools. It still needs some tweaks but overall it does a pretty good job... AI Tools is such a freakin awesome new feature. For Phase 1 of this project I used a collection of tools to research places to eat and do in order to create a knowledge base document. This took effort and time to pull together. Now the bot just has one resource document which are FAQs about the property such as wifi, building access etc..etc... any local service searches are now done using the Perplexity AI Tool based on the property address. Here’s the "magic trick" you can set up for them: 1. You grab all the expert knowledge. You ask the hotel owner or manager for two things:* The Logistics: A simple list of all the common questions (Wi Fi, checkout times, pool hours, parking info, etc.).* The Local Secrets: This is the gold. Ask them for their personal, opinionated recommendations. Not just a list of restaurants, but why they love them. "Go to 'The Corner Slice' for pizza, but only if you like thin crust. It's loud and perfect for families. For a quiet, romantic Italian dinner, go to 'Bella's Table' instead." 2. You create a new Spotlight page. You feed all that info—both the boring logistics and the priceless local secrets—into the AI in the "Sources" tab. 3. You create a simple QR code. Then you tell your client, "Let's put this on a beautiful little card on the nightstand in every room. The card will say: 'Welcome! Your Personal Concierge is Ready to Help. Scan Me.'" That's it. That's the whole kiosk. Now, that same tired family scans the code. They land on the AI Concierge Spotlight and just start asking questions: "What's the Wi-Fi password?" "We need to find a good spot for breakfast with kids tomorrow." "Is there a park or playground within walking distance?"

I’ve run into a challenge with sharing chatbot analytics and performance stats. Currently, it seems there’s no way to generate a shareable link like we can with the conversations data. The only workaround I can think of is taking screenshots and sending them to clients. Is there a better way to share analytics with clients directly from Askspot? Are there any plans to add a feature for client-accessible stats or reporting links?If anyone has found a good workaround, I’d love to hear about it. thanks
