Instead of beginning with a broad “How can I help?”, I would use something like: Hi! I’m Dana’s virtual real-estate assistant. I can help you explore homes, prepare to sell, request a showing or connect directly with Dana. What would you like to do? I would then include as "buttons/channels" something like: Find a Home What Could My Home Sell For? Ask About a Property Book a Showing I’m Relocating For each channel, the assistant could ask, one at a time, something like, in the case for Find a home: 1. Which cities or areas are you considering? 2. What price range feels comfortable? 3. How many bedrooms and bathrooms? 4. Are there any must-haves—acreage, garage, one story, workshop or home office? 5. When are you hoping to move? 6. Are you already preapproved? 7. Would you like Dana to create a personalized property search? 8. Note: I would avoid requesting the visitor’s name and phone number immediately. Of course, all of this is to move them to scheduling, which I would integrate with her calendar for the visitor/customer or even for herself... I would also include at the end, something like the following: "Online estimates cannot account for your home’s exact condition, improvements or location within the neighborhood. Dana can prepare a more useful market analysis after reviewing the property." That avoids presenting an AI-generated number as a professional valuation. By the way, are you using GHL as your CRM/CMS?
