Created a pretty cool Home Bar Helper for my personal use!
I built a home-bar helper to track my wine, liquor, and cigars (I’m not a big cigar smoker, but people give them to me occasionally, so I might as well know what I have). I created a Google Sheet and trained AskSpot on it. I used SpreadSimple to create the directory and embedded it into a webpage where I have an AskSpot chatbot. I still have a lot of bottles to catalog, but for each entry, I snap a photo of the front and back (sometimes the side depending on where the labels are) of the bottle and put them into ChatGPT to get all the information (sometime the info isn't 100% so the more info you can add with the images the better). It formats the details into a row I can paste into my Google Sheet. I then add the URLs for the front and back images to the sheet, and that’s it. It isn’t perfect, but it’s already extremely helpful. I was at a football watch party this weekend and casually showed the host—he was blown away! He asked if I would sell something like this to a bar and grill, saying he knows a couple of bar managers who need it and wants to set up some meetings soon. I played it cool, said I’d consider it, and that I’m open to showing the bar managers. Lol. Check it out. https://homebar.dznblz.site Let me know if there is any ideas on how to make it better or if you are curious about how I did anything.

Following the introduction of the Canvas option I've been playing around with it to help create cartoon scripts. I was already doing this in ChatGPT so I took the templates I'd created there and added them as part of the knowledge base in Askspot so it would understand the context. This was necessary since the knowledge that ChatGPT has acquired doesn't transfer to the Askspot bot even though you are using the same language model. I then took the script created by the bot back into ChatGPT as the bot doesn't have the capability to create the images. Below are a couple of examples. I'm looking to refine it as a fun 'Prospecting tool'. Let me know what you think, warts and all.

🚀 New Custom GPT: Learn Hormozi’s $100M Money Models (and Apply It to Your Business)
Hey everyone, I just built something cool that I think you’ll get a ton of value from. I made a custom GPT based on Alex Hormozi’s new book 100 Million Dollar Money Models. Here’s how it works: - It’s trained on the book, so you can ask it questions just like you would if Hormozi was sitting across from you. - It talks back in his style: short, direct, and no-fluff. - Instead of dumping a giant lecture on you, it coaches you in a back-and-forth conversation diagnosing your bottlenecks and giving you one step at a time. How you can use it: 👉 Stuck on pricing? Ask it to walk you through how to structure your offers. 👉 Not sure why growth is stalled? It’ll help you identify if it’s leads, conversions, or churn 👉 Want clarity on scaling your agency? You can run your model through it and get step-by-step feedback. I set it up to feel more like a 1:1 coaching call than a chatbot. It asks your first name, digs into your business, and then gives you clear, actionable next steps. If you’re already into Hormozi’s stuff,or you just want a faster way to apply the principles without re-reading the book, then this is going to be a killer tool for you I’ll drop the link below. Give it a try and let me know what you think. I’m curious how it works with different business models you all are running. 🔥 Check Out The $100M Money Models GPT

This is nice! Love the clean look and feel of it. I'm curious as to how this was built? How was the voice input added etc. Super cool stuff.
Watch Me Build: Spotlight as an Interactive AI-Powered Resource Hub 🎯
Hey Guys! Just dropped a quick "Watch Me Build" session where I turn a Spotlight into a dynamic resource hub powered by AI. Think of it like a smart landing page that doesn’t just display info—it helps users interact with your content through AI. What’s a Resource Hub Spotlight? It’s a customizable landing page where you can showcase key resources (like guides, videos, and links) and layer in an AI assistant to help users find what they need, answer FAQs, or guide them to the right next step. In the video: - I build one from scratch - Add content links and design the spotlight - Hook up an existing AI chatbot to make it interactive 👉 Try building your own version and drop the link below. Would love to see how you're using Spotlights!

🚀 New Video: Turn Client SOPs into Smart Q&A Chatbots
Hey guys! Here's a quick 4-min tutorial showing how you can turn any client doc—like a restaurant SOP or onboarding guide—into a super helpful Q&A chatbot in AskSpot. I walk through: - Uploading a sample SOP - Using ChatGPT to extract clean Q&A pairs - Adding them to AskSpot for sharp, accurate replies - Live test: file-only vs. Q&A-powered response 🎥 Watch the tutorial below! Your Turn: Have you turned a doc into a bot yet? Drop your example or use case below—let’s learn from each other!
