Soul Tie
What is Ifá's perspective on what many people call "soul ties"? Is there an equivalent concept within the tradition, or is it understood differently?
Also, if someone unknowingly did something that created a spiritual bond or attachment with their current spouse or partner, how would Ifá view that? Is there a way to identify whether that connection is beneficial or unhealthy? If it isn't serving either person, are there ceremonies, ebó, or other spiritual practices that can help dissolve or transform that bond?
I'm asking from a place of learning and respect, not trying to mix traditions or assume they're the same. I'd appreciate hearing how elders and practitioners understand this from an Ifá perspective.
