I wanted to ask for your guidance regarding the head cleansing (refrescamiento de cabeza). I’ve noticed that the day after receiving it, the crown of the head feels very tender.
Is this a normal energetic or physical response to the work? Also, would you recommend any additional steps afterward, or is this something that should be done on a repeated basis for proper alignment and stability?
