Hey guys, happy to see you in here! I'm Drew. I coach entrepreneurs. Specifically, high-performing men who built businesses and may have let their bodies slide a bit in the process. It's written for 20-year-olds with no obligations. Not for someone juggling clients, travel, dinners, stress, and a real schedule. What I do is build systems that fit the life you've actually built. Not meal prep monasteries. Not 2-hour gym sessions. Not cutting out all the foods you love. Structured training (4 sessions a week), clear nutrition (hit your numbers), energy management (sleep, steps, stress), and the consistency systems that hold when life gets busy. That's it.
