The 4 Levers of The Executive Physique
Most guys drowning in fitness content have the same problem: they're trying to optimize 47 things at once. Sleep. Hormones. Protein timing. Training frequency. Cold plunge. Supplements. Mobility. Creatine. Fasting. Here's the truth: There are 4 levers that actually move your physique. Focus on these, ignore everything else. LEVER 1 - TRAINING 4 hard lifting sessions per week. Built around movement patterns that actually build muscle. Progressive overload tracked week over week. Not 6 days (you'll burn out). Not 2 days (you won't progress). Four. LEVER 2 - NUTRITION Hit your daily calorie and macro targets within 95% accuracy, 5-6 days a week. Eat at restaurants. Drink. Just stop pretending those things are free. LEVER 3 - ENERGY 7-8 hours of sleep. 8,000+ steps. Strategic caffeine (not chronic). Stress management protocols. This is the lever most entrepreneurs skip — and it's why they stay stuck. LEVER 4 - CONSISTENCY Rules, not goals. Decide once, execute 100 times. Don't let one bad meal become one bad week. If you respect all 4 for 12 weeks, you will be leaner, stronger, and have more energy. If you skip one, you'll stay stuck. Doesn't matter how hard you work on the other three. Hey guys, happy to see you in here! I'm Drew. I coach entrepreneurs. Specifically, high-performing men who built businesses and may have let their bodies slide a bit in the process. Here's what I see every week: - Founders running 7 and 8-figure companies - 15-25 lbs heavier than they want to be - Tired by 2pm - Eating out 4x a week - Not sure how to get back in shape without sacrificing the life they built Most fitness content doesn't work for these guys. It's written for 20-year-olds with no obligations. Not for someone juggling clients, travel, dinners, stress, and a real schedule. What I do is build systems that fit the life you've actually built. Not meal prep monasteries. Not 2-hour gym sessions. Not cutting out all the foods you love. Structured training (4 sessions a week), clear nutrition (hit your numbers), energy management (sleep, steps, stress), and the consistency systems that hold when life gets busy. That's it. I know I’ve been slacking on this but I’m super excited to shoutout Michael w the win of the week. It’s been a little rocky these past few weeks sticking to protocol so we made a bet that if he missed a single lift or had a single slip up with the diet I’d essentially trash him on my ig story for it. I’m extremely happy that I was able to make a different kind of post for this man. Good shit on nailing the week and let’s keep up the momentum with the new habits we’ve built 💪🏻🏆 (I’ll attach the pic to this post bc it is pretty hilarious)
