SOMA BREATH JOURNEYS WILL COME SOON!
Hey guys, life is just absolutely absurd right now. I haven't even had time to finish my level 2 assessment. Once I do, things are going to get pretty awesome in the soma breath department. 1-hour 'journeys' as they are called...peak human experiences will be available. I need like 6 hours to do the assessment and I've not had that... In a row lol.
But I am available if anyone has any questions about the 21 day breathwork protocol, all of you should be doing it everyday. It's basically you can space it out. 7 minutes in the morning. 7 minutes for lunch 7 minutes later. It's just an incredible centering practice with three awesome breathwork techniques that accomplish a lot for you. Preparing you for meditation and Soma breath work.
