Schumann Resonance 1/25
How did everyone feel yesterday? I know we had a snow storm, some were thrilled, some less than. But did you notice any physical items or emotional items unrelated to the snow?
Think of the Schumann Resonance as Earth’s natural heartbeat. It’s a set of electromagnetic frequencies created by lightning activity in the space between the Earth’s surface and the ionosphere. The base frequency (about 7.83 Hz) is often associated with calm, balance, and regulation—interestingly similar to brainwave states linked to relaxation and meditation. Many people tune into it as a reminder to ground, reset the nervous system, and reconnect with the steady rhythm of the planet
When there are “spikes” folks may get headaches, be more sensitive to noises, fibromyalgia inflammation. But also dreams increase, intuition jumps or declines - we get more aware and don’t even realize it!
It’s good to start learning a little bit about the science of this and how it impacts us in human form.
P.S. always look for the date at the top of the chart. There are reputable Schumann Resonance folks out there (like the one I posted on the community a few weeks ago) and others that stoke fear. Stay away from those folks ;-) you can get the charts from NOAA and NASA and certain apps too!
