forget resolutions. choose one word instead🌙

here's why this works for sensitive creatives:

resolutions = pressure, goals, potential failure

one word = guidance, openness, trust

this year, i'm choosing one word (or a few) to guide me. one word to call in. one word to return to when i need direction.

my word: change

not the kind of change i can control or plan. just... change. new locations, new relationships, new ways of being. comfortable change and uncomfortable change. expected and unexpected.

i'm not attaching goals to it. i'm not making it mean anything specific. i'm just inviting it in

and trusting what wants to shift.. while still being intentional & taking action on things i can control.
