Doubts and Dips are normal
Doubts and dips can come in waves and if you can start to predict how often those waves are and what causes them you can start to design a life that accommodates them.
For example the work I do as an AI trainer and public speaker has a lot of high moments like big keynotes and work with cool companies. But then normally after those very exciting days, rather than feel amazing I am predictably a bit down for a few days. So I am trying to design a future schedule where I can have a few days grace period after those big days. (that is not currently the case, but it's all a work in progress)
If you also have high and low days it may be worth investigating and setting aside a life design session about how you can reduce those lower days or accommodate them.
Let me know if you have any questions about this, if you'd like a guided prompt for the process or any thoughts on the topic.
I hope you have a lovely weekend and are feeling more up than down at the moment.
I believe in you!
