Sweet friends, we made it to Friday.
And before we rush into the weekend, I want to pause and celebrate something important:
May has been a lot.
For many of us, May can feel like a transition month. School years ending, schedules shifting, summer coming closer, routines changing, energy feeling all over the place, and maybe a little โ๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐
๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฑ๐๐๐?โ mixed in there too.
So today, instead of focusing on what did not get done, letโs celebrate what did happen.
This week, we talked about celebration and transition.
We reflected on what we want summer to feel like. We talked about releasing what feels heavy. We made space for tea, journaling, reflection, and small steps. We reminded ourselves that we do not have to rush into the next season perfectly.
And today, I want you to give yourself credit.
Not just for the big wins. Not just for the obvious wins. Not just for the things other people noticed.
The quiet wins count too.
