I am waking up this Saturday feeling a little lighter, a little softer, and so incredibly grateful for a slow weekend.
After a long, emotionally heavy week, my only goal today is to practice "unproductive" self-care. No checklists. No rushing. Just sipping my tea, watching the morning light hit my peppermint plant, and letting my nervous system finally exhale. ๐ŸŒฟ
Sometimes the most healing thing we can do is absolutely nothing at all.
