Good morning, sweet friends.
Today is a big day for me — it is my last day of work for the 2025–2026 school year.
And whew… if you are a teacher, work in schools, have kids finishing school, or you’ve just been moving through a busy season of life, you probably know this feeling.
There is excitement. There is relief. There is tiredness. There is that “I made it, but I may need to stare at a wall for a minute” kind of energy.
So tonight’s 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 & 𝗝𝗼𝘆 feels extra special.
This week, we’ve been focusing on celebration and transition — honoring what we’ve made it through and gently asking what we want this next season to feel like.
Tonight’s theme is:
𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝑫𝒐 𝑰 𝑾𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝑺𝒖𝒎𝒎𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒐 𝑭𝒆𝒆𝒍 𝑳𝒊𝒌𝒆?
Not what do I need to accomplish. Not how can I cram every project, plan, and goal into the next few weeks. Not how can I make summer perfect.
Just:
𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹?
Maybe you want summer to feel
🌿 Peaceful
☀️ Spacious
🫖 Nourishing
💜 Restful
📖 Creative
🌸 Joyful
✨ Grounded
🌊 Free
🌱 Restorative
🦋 Hopeful
Tonight, we’ll take 30 gentle minutes to pause, breathe, journal, and reflect on the season ahead.
Bring your 𝑹𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒆 & 𝑹𝒆𝒇𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒉 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑺𝒖𝒎𝒎𝒆𝒓 𝑱𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑷𝒂𝒈𝒆, the 𝑺𝒖𝒎𝒎𝒆𝒓 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑻𝒆𝒂 𝑹𝒆𝒇𝒍𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑷𝒂𝒈𝒆, a notebook, or just something simple to write on.
𝗪𝗲’𝗹𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗻
What we are ready to release
What we want more of this summer
What we want less of
One small summer ritual we want to try
One gentle intention for the season ahead
No pressure to share. No perfect words needed. No fancy setup required.
Just bring yourself, something to sip, and a little willingness to listen inward.
