Sweet friends, I wanted to give you a gentle reminder that ๐’ฅโ„ด๐“Š๐“‡๐“ƒ๐’ถ๐“ & ๐’ฅโ„ด๐“Ž is happening tomorrow night.

This weekโ€™s theme is:

Since weโ€™ve been talking about energy, rhythm, and gentle support this week, this will be a soft 30-minute guided journal night to help us pause and check in with what our energy actually needs.
Not more pressure. Not more pushing. Not another giant to-do list.
Just a little space to reflect.
Weโ€™ll use this time to ask ourselves:
๐ŸŒฟ What has been draining my energy lately? ๐Ÿ’œ What has been restoring me? ๐Ÿซ– What kind of energy do I need more of? ๐Ÿ“– What boundary could help protect my energy? โœจ What small step could help me feel more supported this week?
You can bring the ๐—˜๐—ป๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ด๐˜† ๐—”๐˜„๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€ ๐—๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—น ๐—ฃ๐—ฎ๐—ด๐—ฒ, your own notebook, or just a piece of paper.
And of course, bring your tea, water, coffee, or whatever feels cozy.
This is a no-pressure space. You do not have to share unless you want to. You can come exactly as you are โ€” tired, scattered, peaceful, quiet, emotional, motivated, or somewhere in between.
The goal is not to journal perfectly.
The goal is to pause, breathe, listen, and give yourself a little bit of care in the middle of the week.
