Not more pressure. Not more pushing. Not another giant to-do list.
Just a little space to reflect.
Weโll use this time to ask ourselves:
๐ฟ What has been draining my energy lately? ๐ What has been restoring me? ๐ซ What kind of energy do I need more of? ๐ What boundary could help protect my energy? โจ What small step could help me feel more supported this week?

And of course, bring your tea, water, coffee, or whatever feels cozy.
This is a no-pressure space. You do not have to share unless you want to. You can come exactly as you are โ tired, scattered, peaceful, quiet, emotional, motivated, or somewhere in between.
The goal is not to journal perfectly.
The goal is to pause, breathe, listen, and give yourself a little bit of care in the middle of the week.
