I've got some exciting news that's going to add a little spice to our community (pun intended)! Starting September 1st, we're kicking off our brand new "Herb of the Month" series, and I couldn't be more thrilled to share this journey with all of you!
Here's what you can look forward to each month:
1. We'll learn about one special herb, exploring its history, benefits, and uses.
2. You'll learn about its traditional applications and modern research-backed benefits.
3. We'll discuss how to prepare and use the herb in various forms - teas, tinctures, or even in cooking!

If I have the herb in my apothecary, I will also go live and introduce you to that special plant.
