most guys are gonna spend today “getting ready for the week.”
planning, prepping, making a list, psyching themselves up
meanwhile the top guys already trained, hit their protein, got their steps in, and moved on with their day
you dont need a perfect week. you need a started week
here’s what Im doing today:
•train (no easing in bs)
•1g protein per lb bodyweight
•10k steps
•liter of water before I touch coffee
•pick ONE thing Im hunting this week and write it down
