Key things that will happen this weekend:
- we will wrap up the April Gut GlowUp Challenge and those of you who took the quiz at the beginning will take the quiz again to compare results
- we will start to prepare for May Challenge (Insulin Sensitivy)
- on Sunday we will have our Sunday Story (I know I´m writing too long for these but bear with me, they are Beautiful Science and you could go back to them whenever you want)

In the morning I lift some weights or I do squats with a 12kg kettle bell. And I have to have music on :))
