Such Powerful Work
Hey everyone, I hope this finds you all loving this work as much as I am. I wanted to share with you my first treasure!! The brick, that has been holding up my armour, around my entire being, for my entire life, has been located and removed. Even though I can feel the armour creeping back on, it's not as strong as it was before and can be consciously taken down.
I am more in my body than I have ever been and feeling very soft and vulnerable. This is such a welcomed change after living in a place where my emotional home has been anger of so long.
I know I have so much more to learn and grow, but this first shift has been so significant that I can feel the change in me.... it is amazing!!
I look forward to hearing from you all as we settle in to this transformative journey.
