Thank you @Ann Oickle for the invitation to this group. It’s greatly appreciated. We both met at the Tony Robbins community. I am a mum of two, a wonderful teenage daughter who allows us to experience life in challenging situations with her rare autoimmune disease and an amazing son of 20, travelling the world since August last year, after finishing his high school. I am working as a coach, helping those who’ve experienced burnout build a life of fulfilment on their terms. In my job I am brilliant, as a mum often experiencing the feeling of helplessness.

My name is Cynthia. I am 52 years old and live in the beautiful state of Tennessee. I am passionate about health and nutrition and inspiring others to become more empowered about being proactive about their health and wellbeing. I love working out and being active. I love shopping at my local farmers market and cooking healthy meals for myself and my family. I love being outdoors in nature on hikes, kayaking and camping. I enjoy chilling out and playing with my dogs. I also love continuing to learn more about health and mindset work.
