Rosie, Remi and Leo went on a lovely mentally stimulating walk in the forest today! 👉🏻 Why is this important? Regular exercise is important not only for your dog’s physical health but also for their mental health. Letting dogs run, sniff and enjoy themselves reduces anxiety, preventing behavioural issues such as excessive barking and destructive behaviours. This in result will create an overall calmer, healthier and happier dog. Isn’t this what we all want for our furry companion?! I’ve been feeling a total lack of control for a long time now. But it’s scary to abandon something that has been a big part of your life for years. But you know what? Sometimes you just need to break up with that girl/guy. They’re no longer good for you. Anybody else feel the same way? So yeah, I removed the apps from my phone today. Will I find more time and headspace? We’ll see… If you feel the same way, would love to hear what you’ve tried, and if it worked.👇

Well, not me exactly, but a turtle I helped care for at the Olive Ridley Project as a volunteer vet. His name was Abba. Found entangled in ghost nets, his wounds dug deep. I cannot find my Dodo interview but I did find this just now - how we treated his wounds with honey. Fo'real, I took honey from the breakfast buffet of the 5-star hotel, and squirreled it away so that Abba's wounds had a fighting chance. He needed to go back to the ocean and we weren't letting anything get in our way. I'll tell you more one day during the Campfire... Check the 'Calendar' tab for what's happening.
