Back when I started on this journey about a year and a half ago with I was in pain, my body did not trust me! I wanted to run, just like once I did when I was younger! I refused to give up and found Ania! Her first principles approach towards my goals helped me learn more about my body, what it liked, more importantly what it did not!
Fast forward to today- i have almost completed my 16 week half marathon training- most of my runs are pain free, above all. So far I’ve put over 200 miles this year, with a hope of finishing a half marathon. I’ve now been able to run for over 90mins. Meticulously taking notes as I run on what is going good, what is not- listening to my body. Sometimes I hear Ania say “control” in my brain! It works out in the end! Take baby steps, trust the process :)
