Still no contact with SFB

it’s weird really cannot get in contact with rank a product. My email doesn’t get sent to them even when I send from other emails. What do I do? I have used rank a product a year or two ago so I have the link for the form you gotta fill out with them.

Should I just fill out the form but don’t know because I can’t have contact with them on email, soo weird this.
