Hi, Is anyone able to get reach rank? Has anyone had any contact in the last couple of weeks? Does anyone else know of a service similar to? Did their email change again?

@Kaming Lai Hi, thanks so much. that’s the email I’m using. There has to be another service because I’m hung on this step and can’t move forward with the PPC or the launch strategy. Also the fact that I paid them in full is extremely upsetting.

@Kaming Lai yes. I’m going to try and use another one of my emails. Maybe that is the issue. Not too sure. I’ve done all of the above, paid and all. 😞 I’ve used them before with no issues.

Launching soon!
So, I’m launching on October 27th and I’m shaking in my boots. Fingers crossed but have butterflies. Doing the checklist which by the way is so helpful. Competition is tough but for some reason my competitors didn’t rank for the highest search keywords, but they sell thru rates are good according to Data Dive. I’m pushing to sell 500 units in 3 months. My competitor avg sell is about 300 per month. I’m doing rank a product and hopefully we will hit the first page. Thanks for answering all my concerns and questions.

Sorry for the delay. I was out of the country. It was an absolute failure. Combo of trying to launch on Amazon and manage a brand deal while traveling. I had too much on my plate. One of my listings wasn’t posting correctly and needed to be fixed. Rank a product launch didn’t go well. Actually, not at all. I’m starting over. Still pumped tho. will update

The item_name contains redundant information
Hi everyone, I'm using a title that was created by DataDive but when I go and try to use the title on my listing, it says The item_name contains redundant information: [dino, dinosaur]. Should I write the title again because it is listing it as an error in the product details section. Both dino and dinosaur are part of my two keywords. How would you handle this?
