Liquidation
Hey! Just trying to understand the liquidation process, if say (extreme scenario) a product doesn't sell at all after a month or so, how would you go about liquidating your inventory? And how much roughly could you get out of it? (Would you be able to break even at minimum with how much you manufactured the product for?)

In a worst case scenario where your product completely stalls, first try to drop your price significantly and sell through it on Amazon, especially if you still have some organic ranking. If that doesn't work, Amazon's FBA Liquidation Program is your next option where they sell your inventory to liquidators on your behalf, but expect to recover around 5% of your selling price for eligible units, so breaking even is pretty unlikely. You can also do a removal order and take the inventory back, but depending on your product size the removal fees can add up fast and may not be worth it. Either way the longer inventory sits the more storage fees eat into whatever you recover, so the faster you act the better.
Chinese sellers
When looking at data dive, how many chinese sellers is a red flag to not go deeper into verification? So many of the products I'm finding are like this @Trevin Peterson
Chinese sellers

I'd only worry about that if Chinese sellers are around 80-100% of the top 10 sellers in the niche, which most likely means pricing competition is extremely hard to compete. You still have to look at other factors though, like listing quality, keyword competition, reviews, etc. to see if there's any real gap worth going after.
Not profitable
Been selling on Amazon for almost going on two years and still not making a profit. I’m very close to pulling the plug. I signed up with the PPC manager that is affiliated with amz champs. Was getting 100% a cost for a while and the best they could do is 50% a cost and still not profitable. Please someone help I reached out multiple times on this channel and received very little help.

If you signed up with Kaming's PPC service, reach out to him directly at [email protected] so he can pinpoint exactly where the gap is. He will be able to see your actual numbers from your active campaigns. There are a lot of factors that affect profitability and even a high ACoS has a few reasons behind it.
Need Advice
Looking for some advice from those who have experience selling Amazon businesses or storefronts. I’m currently looking to exit my Amazon FBA brand in the mobility aid space. The business has generated a solid amount of revenue overall, primarily from one ASIN, with two newer ASINs still in early stages. There’s been a lot of time and money invested into building everything out, but I’m at the point where I’d prefer to move on and sell things in the most efficient way possible. Here’s where things get interesting: I’ve received an offer for my Amazon storefront + LLC, but the buyer does NOT want the actual brand name or trademark. From what I’m reading, it sounds like Amazon technically doesn’t allow storefront/account sales, which has me trying to figure out the cleanest and safest route forward. My thought process right now is: - Potentially sell the storefront/LLC separately - Then sell the brand, trademark, inventory, supplier relationships, listings, etc. separately afterward - I’d honestly be fine with a straightforward and efficient exit at this point For those who’ve been through this before: - What’s the safest / smartest way to structure something like this? - Is selling the storefront/LLC actually viable? - Would you instead package everything together and sell as one asset sale? - Any major red flags or things I should avoid? Appreciate any honest feedback or experience from those who’ve navigated this before.

Haven't sold one myself, but if I were to sell I'd bundle everything together rather than split it. Splitting the storefront from the brand registry is highly risky. Amazon's terms are strict about account transfers already, and doing it this way can easily get things very complicated.
Inner Circle
Hey @Trevin Peterson, I had purchased AMZ champions in 2023 for $2500. Do I still have to pay monthly for this group and access to the inner circle? I figured I was grandfathered in but can't find anything in my email. Sent you a dm a few days ago on here.
