The goal is simple: help you pick a split that fits your real life so you can build a schedule that actually works for you in 2026.
Bring:
  • how many days you can realistically train (2–6)
  • your main goal (fat loss, strength, muscle, performance, consistency)
  • what usually gets in the way (time, energy, schedule)
