I rolled out of bed like a flailing fish this morning. I’m now painfully aware that I have never worked out my side abs.

Discipline is useful, but it’s not enough. You can have a great routine for weeks, then miss a workout, travel, get busy, or have a rough weekend. The problem is what happens next. One missed workout turns into three. One bad meal turns into a bad week. You start telling yourself you fell off and need to “start over.” That’s where most people lose momentum. The skill that matters more than perfect discipline is bouncebackability. Miss a workout? Get back to it the next day. Eat off plan? Make your next meal a normal one. Lose your routine? Start again with the next opportunity. You do not need to be perfect. You need to get good at coming back.

Today marks the start of month 4 of working out with BJ. Today’s workout was tough due to a sleepless night but I couldn’t miss the first day of the month. I’m so thankful for all the encouragement he gives me and keeps pushing me to do more. Belize in 2 months and I will definitely be ready! Thank you kiddo! ❤️
