WIth Sunrise Sumo Circuit being paused for the month, I want to make sure we are continuing to build healthier communities by leaving you with a Workout of the Week for every week in September.
These will be full body workouts scalable from beginner to amatuer athlete. Attached to each workout will be a log you can print out for easy tracking. Save the logs to see your progress over time.
First WOTW is posted under the 'Classrooms' tab - in the September 2025 - WOTW course. Get the family together or invite your friends over and GET ACTIVE.
