I bought this little hand held spiralizer.. one thing I love is making “salading” fun. You can take ordinary meals and spruce it up. I made cucumber noodles but a lot of people like the texture of zucchini too. You can add favorite sauce for pasta salad or spaghetti type sauce or if you prefer a savory creamy type sauce w avocados .. I have been loving spicy mustard & the way it mixes w all the veggies and the avocados .. raw vegan doesn’t have to be hard! Here we do it the easy way
