It just happens. One good scene pulls you into the next, and the next, and before you know it you're invested. That's the exact energy I want you to bring into this lifestyle. Not the pressure of "I'm doing this perfectly for 30 days straight." The energy of just watching one good scene. One fruit lunch. That's it. That's the whole plan. One big filling salad It's something you can actually do today, and something you can look back on tonight and say "I did that" not I am going to do it. And here's the secret nobody tells you: that one thing has momentum built right into it. You eat those grapes for lunch, and a few hours later you think, maybe I'll grab a few walnuts too. Dinner comes around and you remember that avocado on your counter you've been wanting to turn into guac, so you make it, throw together a big salad with every single veggie in the fridge you can find. Then that "I need something sweet" dessert thought hits and you remember that JJ mentioned that almond milk banana & date smoothie.. so you make that too. You didn't force any of that. You didn't struggle your way through a list of rules... or start thinking you want anything else because the pressure was gone. You just kept saying yes to the next good scene. And by the end of the day, you basically ate raw... starting with grapes. One meal.. leads to the next This is why I don't want you chasing perfect. I want you chasing consistent. Because consistency is what actually rewires how you think about this lifestyle, and once your mind shifts, the actions start to feel natural instead of forced.
