Hydration : 1 16 oz cup or bottle of water or a water rich fruit like watermelon counts too? 2. serving of Fruit & greens… kale or lettuce or even celery? For first meal 3. Sunlight - i didnt get mine today 😞 but thats ok! Got the others … movement & salad next 4. Movement - little walk or Elliptical for example - even 10 mind counts!
