And here's the most important thing I want you to hear from day one. That thing that didn't work before? That wasn't a you problem. That was a strategy problem. And we're about to fix that together. I'm JJ, your raw vegan mindset coach and guide, and this community exists for one reason: to show you that raw vegan doesn't have to be hard, overwhelming, or all-or-nothing. This is a judgment-free, no-perfection-required zone built on progress, abundance, and the belief that small steps lead to big transformations. We don't do restriction or guilt here. We do real food, real results, and real joy. 🥭🥬🍓 The whole vibe? Abundance, less stress, and feeling amazing. A little about me... At 42, I made an overnight shift away from the standard American diet. By Oct of 2019 I had lost 55 pounds and kept it off, ended 18 years of chronic back pain in just 30 days, and said goodbye to lifelong seasonal allergies... all through a raw vegan lifestyle. But here's what actually made it work. It wasn't restriction or forcing myself through it feeling miserable. It was falling completely in love with real food. And I wasn't perfect. Not even close. I have a background in psychology and I know that health is just as much about how you think as what you eat. That's why I coach both. I have been known to say: You don't just need a meal plan ... you also need a mind plan! Sometimes we spend so much time thinking about what we still need to change that we forget to notice what we've already done. Today, instead of focusing on what's left... What's one thing you're thankful for on your health journey? Maybe you chose fruit today. Maybe you made a salad. Maybe you drank more water. Maybe you're simply here because you haven't given up. What if you sropped trying to decide what you'll eat next week. Just decide your next meal. One of the biggest reasons we feel overwhelmed is because our brain starts trying to solve everything at once. "What am I eating tomorrow?" "What about the weekend?" "Can I do this forever?" Before long, we've talked ourselves out of taking the very first meal. Instead, ask yourself one simple question: "What am I going to eat for my next meal?" That's it. What can I reach for right now.. Psychology tells us that our brains handle small, achievable goals much better than giant, open-ended ones. Every time you follow through on a small promise to yourself, you build confidence. Not confidence because you said you were going to do it... Confidence because you did it. It's easy to feel motivated when we make big plans. Our brain even gives us a little boost just for imagining the future. But lasting change doesn't come from talking about what we're going to do. It comes from doing the next thing. One fruit meal. One big salad. One healthy choice. Then another. Action is what builds momentum. Action is what builds confidence. Action is what gets results. So don't worry about next month. Just make your next meal one you'll be proud of. You got this! Coach JJ
