What’s on my mind today 😃
One of the biggest surprises about eating raw wasn't just how I felt physically. It was how I started experiencing life.
The little things became enough.
A piece of fruit.
The sound of a bird in the distance out of my window that I really never paid attention to.
The sunlight
The first bite of a crisp salad.
Feeling genuinely hungry, then satisfying that hunger with food that leaves me feeling lighter instead of weighed down.
It's hard to explain because it's not just about the food. It's a shift in how you move through the day.
Somewhere along the way, many of us learned to make eating so complicated. Calories. Rules. Perfection. Starting over on Monday.
What if it didn't have to be?
For me, one of the simplest habits became one of the best changes.
When I'm hungry, I reach for fruit. Later, I enjoy a big, filling salad.
That's it.
Simple doesn't mean insignificant. Sometimes the simplest choices create the biggest changes.
You don't fully understand the feeling until you experience it for yourself. It's not about being perfect. It's about discovering a more grateful version of yourself .. just reaching for fruit or salad till full.
