maybe their was no sun out .. but I at least might walk outside to relax a moment & breathe
Maybe you only get 10 mins on elliptical or 10 leg lifts in your chair… no perfection but honestly what we track increases so keeping these top of mind can make it easy to get healthier!

Raw foods have made me feel amazing but I noticed at almost 50 these other things also add value & feel good to my life!
