Alright, lads, I need your input on this one.
Thereās a lot out there about menās mental health, saying we need to talk more and that we donāt talk enough in the first place. But honestly? I think that narrative is flawed.
A strong man doesnāt want to ask for helpāitās in our nature.
I believe we grow by listening to how other men have tackled their own challenges, and then taking action ourselves.
