Sailboat Market
Have you been following the Sailboat market lately. There seems a trend downward. Good for buyers but not good for sellers. The limited supply of moorage and the changing economy seems to be the governing reasons. The trend for young buyers to watch their disposable $$'s becoming harder to save. The costs of Yacht Cubs is another factor. I have seen our club having fewer younger member joining the boating fraternity is on a steady decline.
