Hey everyone, I just want to share something I found interesting from a talk given by a Buddhist monk. In the video the lama was talking about that your spiritual practice should be integrated into everyday life. Meaning that our meditation, prayers, reflection, etc should be carried into how we go about in everyday life: how we treat people, how we react in situations, being present, etc. The monk also talked about how our time outside of our spiritual practice is the test of our spiritual strength. Long story short our mindfulness and spiritual practice isn't only on the meditation cushion, it's how we go about everyday life. I just figured I'd share this with you all. Much love to everyone here, Namaste.
