20 days in... Injured but still going
I like consistency, and its hard to break streaks. so I am all in.
Yesterday went for a 6km walk. Foot crazy sore but thats ok
Today went 3km. Foot even worse. But I need to get out haha
Looking at taking the next step over the next week.
Next goal is running a 3km non stop run.
Been adding in lunges to the daily exercises.
