I need help

I have a question about keys intitles.

Imagine i chosed a key from vid iq for example meditation music, should I stick to a consistent title format like "Album Title (Meditation Music) in distrokid.

And for youtube for example Meditation music|246hz healing music|For a peaceful night.

Or should I let VidIQ generate random, optimized titles for each video in youtube? What works best for your channel's growth?

To make sure I have this right: i want to ask whether it's okay to post your YouTube video immediately after you submit your album to DistroKid, right?

Thank you
