Outline Creation Step - Where to Find It?

I just finished going through the NovelCrafter Masterclass materials and I'm loving the workflow - especially the beats system and custom prompts.

One thing I noticed: the course covers importing an outline and creating beats FROM chapter summaries, but I didn't see a lesson on actually creating the outline/chapter summaries themselves. The Beats lesson lists "Chapter summaries/outline ready" as a prerequisite.

Two questions:

Is there a lesson or resource I missed that covers how to develop the outline before bringing it into NovelCrafter?
Will the Antigravity class cover this step (going from story idea → chapter-by-chapter outline)?

Thanks so much! Just want to make sure I'm not missing a piece of the puzzle.
